Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive the product.
The product must be returned in excellent condition, as it was received by the customer, complete and undamaged, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted on deodorants, nail products, polishes, and makeup items.
In the event that the product is not returned within 14 days or if its packaging has been opened, bloomingcorner.gr may not accept any return or replacement. If for any reason the product's cellophane is opened or the product is tested, returns will not be accepted..
Returns are only accepted by appointment with the store. either via email or by phone at +30 210-9750973, store hours. Returns are made exclusively through partner couriers, Box Now, or by delivery to the store.
The cost of return is borne by the customer unless it concerns our error.
Additionally, in all cases, the returned product must be accompanied by all documents that were shipped with it initially (e.g., packaging, retail receipt, etc.).
Returns from Cyprus are not accepted.
