For product delivery to your location, you can choose shipping with Speedex, ELTA Door-to-Door, ACS, Box Now ή Skroutz Last Mile.

Within Attica, the average delivery time, if the product is available, is one to two business days from the order date. You will be sent an informative email or SMS regarding the delivery progress. For some remote areas, the delivery time may reach 2-5 business days.

For orders under €100, shipping costs are only €2.00. For shipments with ACS, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination address.

For shipments over €100, shipping is free.

In the event that any of the products are unavailable, the waiting time for shipping may reach 3-4 business days.

Products are shipped on behalf of the buyer and we are not responsible for any delivery delays, lost packages, or broken products.

Shipments To Cyprus

Shipments to Cyprus are made with ACS Cyprus Economy using the Sea transport service.

The shipping cost is €9

Shipment tracking is done like in courier services with electronic tracking at all stages of shipment movement (track & trace), while delivery is executed by obtaining delivery details and signature.

Delivery time ranges from 5 to 7 business days from the departure of the vessel for Cyprus,

The departure takes place once or twice a week. If delivery from the pickup point to the central hub of P. Ralli is completed by Wednesday evening, delivery will be made the following calendar week; otherwise, shipments will remain until the next departure.
